Bellevue Manor Guesthouse is situated in the heart of the R44 wineroute of Stellenbosch. Simonsberg mountains forms the backdrop of the scenic views from your private patio while enjoying a glass of our very own “Route 44” Chardonnay, Cabernet and Merlot wines. We offer 8 secure and spacious (45m2) Cape Dutch style thatch roof cottages with luxury features such as a fireplace, lounge, en-suite bathroom with shower and victorian bath and a private patio, equipped with the following:

Relaxing on your bed, you have a wonderful tranquil view of lush and green vineyards, the beautiful gardens and the swimming pool area where a typical South African BBQ can be enjoyed. Our guesthouse's layout was done with the utmost privacy of our guests in mind. You enter with your own gate code and park your car right infront of your door. Safe and Secure. The farm is exactly 4km from the Stellenbosch town and we are surrounded by superb restaurants, golf courses and wine estates. The property is almost 5 hectares big and you can enjoy a lovely stroll in and around the property. We have a huge 50 hectares forest adjacent to us for lovely long strolls and bird watching. The majority of our guests are returning guests on a regular basis, (which says a lot...;), prefering the tranquility of a winefarm setting of accommodation as to the hussle and bustle of town. Our guests relax with wonderful in-room therapeutic massages of all kinds. It is truly an amazing experience to be massaged in the comfort of your room overlooking the stunning views. Children:
All that children need is fresh air, lots of space and love. Here at Bellevue Manor we offer it all! We are very family orientated. Children are always welcome and they can freely run and play on the huge lawn in front of the cottages. Swimming pool toys are also available on request. Please note that children are not allowed to swim without parent supervision.
Corporate guests:
Bellevue Manor is ideally situated for corporate guests. We are close to Technopark Business Park and in close vicinity to many other office parks and businesses surrounding Stellenbosch. Wireless internet is available on the premises. Special discounted rates are offered to companies booking directly with us.
We are notorious for our yummy breakfasts:
Our rates include a delicious full English breakfast that consists of: Healthy Continental breakfast buffet with variety of breads, fruit, yogurt, muesli and cereals, cheeses, cold meats, muffins, croissants, juice and a variety of hot, freshly cooked breakfast. Our kitchen is not Halaal but, we can also supply special requests such as vegetarians, Halaal, Hindu and Kosher meals, if arranged in advance. If you are departing very early, we can arrange to put a continental breakfast in your room the night before.
Safety and Security:
Bellevue Manor is surrounded by electric fencing and a security guard patrols the farm from 19:00 – 07:00. We also have three dogs; -Snoepie (the smallest one) Diesel (the old man) and Amigo (the new boss!). They are very popular with our regular guests and you may be lucky to receive a privileged visit from one of them. They usually come and greet the guests and then go about their own business again. Snoepie is a sweetie and loves getting attention. Please do not allow them in your rooms or feed them. They also will leave you alone if you tell them “huistoe” or “go”. No problem.
