Cancellation Policy
As our boutique spa offers the exclusivity and privacy where we only book one or maximum two guests per appointment, we urge you to PLEASE cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, should you have to cancel. We will have to charge you 100% cancellation fee if we cannot book anyone else in your place once cancelled due to loss of income from these last minute cancellations, unless of course you cancel more than 48 hours before the time. We have no choice but to be very strict with our cancellation policy, so please try your best not to cancel last minute. Thank you!
Spa Guidelines
- We all have only pure good intention of serving you, so please feel relaxed and arrive with a smile and an open mind, feeling safe & secure, receive beautiful healing energy and the best pamper and therapy, ENJOY it!
- Bookings are essential as we only accept one or two (if related) at a time in the spa area, offering you an exclusive, private experience.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Punctuality is important.
- Our opening days are from a Tuesday – Saturday, but if you would like to book for a half day or full day package we will open the spa for you on any other day. Please enquire with regards to this request.
- Usual opening hours are from 8am-5pm, but we are willing to come in earlier or stay later if these times do not suit you.
- Please ensure to switch off all cell phones upon arrival until departure.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Chi-Chi's MindSpa will ask you to sign an indemnity form which holds us not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune or any illness or physical condition that may occur during treatments or after.
