Cancellation policy
In the event of notification of cancellation the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
Please note a 10% Admin and Bank Cost Fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations.
More than 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total accommodation cancellation fee
More than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total accommodation cancellation fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total accommodation cancellation fee
