During the winter months you can break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and come to Bellevue to enjoy a romantic weekend getaway in front of the fireplace in your room while sipping on our very own "Route 44" wines. Ask us about our "Couple's getaway specials". We are surrounded by the best wine estates and restaurants in Stellenbosch and the Cape wine route. On request, we can also organise BBQ's at the swimming pool for groups for lunch and dinner. A "BBQ Equipment" box is available at a small charge from reception in case you should want to enjoy a BBQ at any time. A kiddies game box filled with games, balls and swimming pool toys is available at a small fee from reception. We are surrounded by award winning restaurant, but please do keep in mind that we are situated on a wine farm and you will not be able to walk to these restaurants, a car or taxi service is required. Chi-Chi's MindSpa, located in the Manor House of our property, offers very unique de-stress and revitalising programs, treatments and spa therapy sessions. We can arrange conferences, meetings or teambuilding for groups of 10 – 15 people. Bellevue is centrally located to all the major wedding reception venues in the winelands area. It is ideal for brides to get dressed in our honeymoon suites as our very spacious rooms are 45sqm and make-up artists, hairdressers, photographers, bridesmaids etc, can very easily get ready without getting in each other's way. With the patio doors open, the wonderful view creates a very relaxed atmosphere for the bride getting ready for her big day, sipping champagne, nibbling on canapés, while preparing. The honeymoon suites are surrounded by the other cottages and is suitable for the bride's family and friends to book out the whole guesthouse. There is an amazing feeling of everyone just visiting and partying between the cottages, lawns and swimming pool area. Bellevue is an ideal wedding weekend stay for the bride and grooms' family and friends! The next morning everyone have breakfast all together after the big party the night before and jokes and stories get shared from the wedding function over breakfast before everyone departs again. We even host weddings for couples who want to get married with only 2 to maximum 20 guests, on the basis that you book out our whole venue for the weekend or at least 2 nights during the week. We arrange everything for you, from catering, to décor, to hairdresser, make-up, photographer, etc. Just ask us about this package. On the arrival 1st day during the evening, we usually host a BBQ welcoming everybody, breakfast and the ceremony the following day, and the 3rd day, a farewell breakfast. Indeed an intimate, joyous, festive and successful weekend wedding!
